The National University of Samoa (NUS) held its 2016 Graduation ceremony on Friday 1st April. A procession from Samoa College preceded the actual ceremony that took place at the NUS gymnasium.
Parents and families came to support and congratulate more than 260 students that graduated from NUS. Amongst the graduates were those that were enrolled in our Centre for Samoan Studies programmes.

Santino Barros a CARPIMS student from East Timor graduated with a Post Graduate in Development Studies together with Sene F. Kepu Neva, Gladys Tuaovaigafa Fuimaono, Peone Fuimaono, Goretti Godinet-Fau, Vaialia Iosua, Leasiosiofa’asisina Peleuila Itula, Filoi Lotufou Neemia, Vernon Anesi Mackenzie, Adrian Alfred McCarthy, Alanna Mapu and Yvonne Talaitupu Tuioti Mariner-Viliamu.
Limua’a Fu’e and Samoa Utuva graduated with a Post Graduate Diploma in Samoan Studies.
Tuioti Sakaria Taituave graduated with a Masters in Samoan Studies.
